Hi Daria,
thank you for the update
It is not rare when the resistance develops in one or two separate mets, and usually they are just treated separately and sometimes people continue to have the stability or even response in their other mets. So although it is unfortunate that you have the recurrence in the bone mets, for now it looks manageable. I would also consider the cryoablation for the liver met if the clinical trial allows that, in few months after you completely recover from the radiosurgery to the bone mets.
