Votrient ( Pazopanib) now FDA approved for Sarcoma

Post by Bonni Hess »

Dear ASPS Community Friends,
The anti-angiogenic tyrosine kinase inhibitor Votrient ( Pazopanib) has now received FDA approval for treating soft tissue Sarcomas. The following is the link to the article with the information regarding the FDA approval of this promising new drug:

I am aware of several ASPS patients who are currently receiving treatment with Votrient, but unfortunately/inexplicably they don't participate on this Forum and post information regarding their Votrient experience and results thus far. I would like to strongly encourage anyone on this Forum who is being treated with Votrient to please share their treatment information and results so that everyone can learn more about Votrient and benefit. Shared anecdotal treatment information remains one of our most powerful weapons in fighting this disease, and we all need EVERYONE to actively participate and share!
With special caring thoughts and continued Hope,
Bonni
