Treating Tolerance to Sutent with Higher Dose

I posted this webinar (she starts off with ASPS) - but if you listen later in the talk, she also reports an interesting finding with Sutent and a different solid tumor. When a patient seemed to stop responding at 15 months to Sutent, they also noted the patient had fewer side effects to the drug. They increased the dose and got a return to the response. Presumably this could be a tolerance effect.
