This review is about use of the newer targeted therapy drugs in a metastatic setting of the RCC - renal cell carcinoma, and although it is not about ASPS and sarcomas overall, the subject is very relevant to the situation when the decision is being made about the use of the tyrosine kinase inhibitors approved for RCC off label for ASPS. The review summarizes all the clinical trials data in RCC and gives a lot of information as an aid in decision making.
