Bone scan - once a year?

Bone scan - needs to be done too, probably once a year. We have a case now when the really large met was found in the same leg where was the primary removed a few years ago. Had it been found earlier, it could have been completely ablated - like Brittany Hess had her tibia met ablated while still really small. The met was asymptomatic and found on a follow up scan.
