I find it hard to believe that there is no way to distinguish acne from an asps tumor. Have you consulted the radiologists on this? Perhaps we are overlooking something. It's an important piece of data which needs to be interpreted correctly.

Pretty simple for the diet Jen. Eat lots of different fruits and veggies like 5 to 10 different kinds per meal. That should be good for microbiome abundance. And not the same 5 to 10 for every meal either. Variety is key.

Do you have advanced machines which can correct for breathing or even take heart beat into account for radiation?

Having the right diet and microbiome would be very important to getting a response in addition to radiation.

The immunotherapy started working even before radiation for me. It was obvious from my symptoms, as they improved substantially in the first month already. It likely resulted in a stronger response though.

Get the cardiac MRI soon. Definitely within a month. Order it ahead of time, as it can take quite long to arrange that. Unless you guys have much better availability here. If it's not shrinking, time to change something - agree?

I mean when is MRI? Echo might show a drastic change only.
